While we strive for accuracy and provide source citations for verification, AI-generated output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for independently verifying all output before relying on it for any purpose.
AI-generated output does not constitute legal advice, professional opinion, or any form of certified analysis.
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
The Service may offer free and paid tiers. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in a specific offer.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vector Lex from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with notice where practicable.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain or delete Your Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
